Seventy-five percent of Sweden’s export goes to Europe, where Central and Eastern Europe are the fastest growing regions. However, many expatriate managers could markedly improve their communication skills on these markets. This is shown by Kjell Ljungbo in a recently defended doctoral thesis in intercultural business communication from Stockholm University’s School of Business.
