Jobs at leading law firms after graduation

Among the programmes reviewed by GAR, Stockholm University's Master’s Programme in International Commercial Arbitration Law ranks first when it comes to number of students securing jobs at leading law firms after graduation.

“Our Master’s Programme combines an academic approach to law with the concrete, practical skills necessary to apply the law in a way that meets clients' needs. By partnering with Swedish and international practitioners in the field, the students get an insight into the practice of law which makes them well prepared for their future careers. Although the GAR survey did not include academic careers, I note that many of our former students have had great success as researchers and teachers at prestigious universities,” says Patricia Shaughnessy, Senior Lecturer and Supervisor of the programme.
