Together with a panel consisting of Marianne Hamilton, Tony Fang, Theresa Squatrito and Tommy Jensen, Richard Quest led a discussion on how the 2012 elections in the US and other countries, such as France and Russia, may affect the world and the global economy.
The lecture hall, Wallenbergssalen, was filled to capacity with students, staff, alumni and other guests as Richard Quest made his way around the room to ask questions and get the audience involved. The interaction between Quest, the panel and the audience made for a fast-paced event, during which many different opinions were voiced. After the seminar, Richard Quest mingled with the audience as refreshments were served before heading to Kräftriket for a lunch meeting with Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt and Minister for Finance Anders Borg, who are also former students of Stockholm University.
