Open Lecture: The Role of Transnational Elites in the Development of Global Governance Frameworks
This open lecture will feature presentations by Adrienne Sörbom, Associate Professor of Sociology and Ian Richardson, Assistant Professor at the School of Business, and it will take place on Friday, 12:30-13:30, February 17, 2012.

Adrienne Sörbom will lecture on "The Role of Business in Political Global Elites: The Case of the World Economic Forum". "Power and Consensus in the Transnational Power Elite: The Case of Bilderberg" is the topic of Ian Richardson's presentation. Adrienne Sörbom is Professor of Sociology, Deputy Director and Research Director of SCORE. Ian Richardson is Assistant Professor at the Stockholm University School of Business and Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University School of Management. The event is organised by Stockholm University School of Business Graduate Student Council with the support of Föreningen Ekonomerna (F.E.ST), the Association for economic and business students at Stockholm University School of Business.
