Vaccination of students against the new flu

Stockholm University invites all students and employees to follow the recommendations of the Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control (SMI) and the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding how to avoid infection by the new influenza (flu). The University has also decided to offer free vaccinations for employees and students.

When?
Vaccination will occur on 14, 15 and 16 December at 8:30-17:30. 
 
Where?
The vaccination will take place at the Rotundan, Allhuset at the campus at Frescati. 
 
How?
• To make the process as simple as possible, please print and fill out the health declaration before you are vaccinated. You can obtain the form at the following url: www.su.se/polopoly_fs/health-declaration-1.1785!/Halsodeklaration_vaccination_engelska.pdf
• Fill out the form and bring it with you to the vaccination.
• You must bring some form of identification with you.
 
Vaccination is free for students and administered by qualified professionals from healthcare company VaccinDirekt. 
 
Possibilities to vaccinate students at Konradsberg, Kista and at Sveaplan also being explored. The vaccination of students may occur Week 3. 
 
This offer does not exclude the possibility of students arranging their own vaccination via their local GP, if that option is preferred.
