Question:
If I have started to complete an application and need to log out, will the application remain such that I can complete it later?
Answer:
Yes, you can log in and continue work on the web form until the final application date.

Question:
There are some required fields for which I do not have any qualifications or experience. Can I leave these fields blank?
Answer:
You must enter something into all required fields in order to proceed through the form. Just write "Nothing relevant", for example, if you do not have any relevant qualifications or experience.

Question:
I have several degrees that I want to specify, but it is possible to attach only one certificate from the highest degree. What should I do?
Answer:
Scan several certificates into one PDF-file.

Question:
I have worked for several years in a field that is not immediately relevant (such as shop assistant, sales staff). Should I specify this experience, and if so, how?
Answer:
You should include this in your CV, but you do not need to submit references and other certificates.

Question:
I cannot cut down my description of scientific and educational skills to the number of characters permitted by the form. Can I supplement my application with a separate document?
Answer:
No – your text must fit into the space allocated in the form.

Question:
I have submitted my application, and now I realise that I have forgotten to include some information. Can I change an application that I have submitted?
Answer:
No – it is not possible to change an application. Send an e-mail to the registrator if the information you have forgotten is necessary for the application, and it is not a case of new qualifications that you have obtained after the expiry of the application period. Specify which post you have applied for, and give its reference number.

Question:
If I want to apply for several positions at Stockholm University at the same time, must each application be complete?
Answer:
Yes.

Question:
I would like more information about the nature and conditions of a position. What should I do?
Answer:

The announcement contains contact information for a suitable person at the relevant department. Contact the responsible member of staff at the Faculty Office for answers concerning the application procedure.
