Korta vägen is aimed at newly arrived, well-educated people who have studied for at least three years at a university or college outside the EU. The programme is free of charge and taps into university graduates’ education and work experience. We evaluate their academic expertise, provide training and career guidance, and look for qualified internships within the participants’ field of study. All of this is done in order to provide a quick route to the Swedish labour market. The programme provides support for both participants and partner companies where they intern.

Korta vägen starts twice a year and comprises 26 weeks of full-time study.
