Master's Programmes at Stockholm University

Stockholm University is one of the 100 highest ranked universities in the world and Sweden’s largest institution for higher education with more than 34 000 students currently studying here and leading research in a wide variety of fields.

We offer 75 master’s programmes taught in English within science, the humanities, social sciences and law. Our master’s degree programmes are all structured according to the Bologna process for international comparability and compatibility.

The courses and programmes commencing autumn semester 2018 are currently open for applications at www.universityadmissions.se. The deadline for applications is 15 January 2018.

Courses on Master's (advanced) level

In addition to International Master's programmes in English, Stockholm University provides a wide range of master's level courses in English. See the full list in our course and programme database and choose "for international students" to only see courses and programmes that do not require proficiency in Swedish.
