Have you been subjected to insulting treatment because of your ethnic origins, disability, gender, transgender identity or appearance, religion or other faith, sexual orientation or age? Have you been subjected to insulting treatment of a sexual nature, i.e. sexual harassment? Do you wish to report offensive course literature or are you an employee who has been contacted by a student regarding harassment?

As an employee you are obligated to take steps in cases of harassment either from students or other employees. In an adjoining section you will find for employees who receive questions about harassment or hear about cases of harassment occurring.

It is never acceptable for students to be subjected to insulting treatment such as harassment or other forms of discrimination. If as a student you report having been harassed or discriminated against in conjunction with your studies, the university will investigate the matter according to the Discrimination Act. If harassment has occurred, the university shall take steps to prevent it from continuing.
