International students, as well as researchers, doctoral candidates or holders of scholarships, admitted directly by a department, may apply for Swedish language training at the Department of Scandinavian Languages.

Turnitin — the University's text-matching tool

From September 2011 Stockholm University has a new text-matching tool called Turnitin. After detailed testing of text-matching systems the new service was chosen to be used by the University.
