Nora Torg is located in the northern part of the city, close to Mörby Centrum. Stockholm University currently rents 16 studio apartments here available for guest researchers.
Docentbacken 1-15, close to Stockholm University, is owned by Brf Naturvetaren, a tenant-owners' society. Stockholm University rents thirty-one apartments here to guest researchers.
Fjällräven is a building with only student and guest researcher accommodation. Stockholm University currently rents 89 studio aparments here, of which 25 (the two top floors) are for guest researchers.

The Estates Unit at Stockholm University lets and manages a number of furnished rooms and flats owned by other landlords in Stockholm. These are available to foreign researchers with a doctoral degree and doctoral candidates at Stockholm University.
