Campus parking charges

The parking fees on this page apply from April 1, 2009. Stockholm University's landlord, Akademiska hus, is responsible for car parks on the various campus sites.

Getting to the University

There are a number of airports in the wider Stockholm area, including Arlanda, Skavsta, Västerås and Bromma, as well as extensive rail, bus and tram networks. Read on for more detailed directions to the main Frescati campus, located north of the city of Stockholm.

Semester/Term dates

The academic year at Stockholm University starts in late August and ends in early June. The academic year is divided into two semesters, an autumn semester and a spring semester. The autumn semester starts at the end of August and continues until mid-January of the following year. The spring semester starts in January and finishes in the beginning of June.
