Visual identity for staff members

Stockholm University’s visual identity includes guidelines for logotypes, typefaces, colours, picture styles and additional graphical elements. Guidelines should be followed for letters, visiting cards, presentation material, posters, websites, the cover of doctoral theses, etc.

These guidelines concerning the University’s visual identity have been collated in a digital manual where the University’s logo, as well as improved templates for letters, PowerPoint, PM and fax, are available to download.  When downloading templates you should first read the instructions in the right-hand column in the manual. If your department has an agreement with the IT Section to use the ‘SU-workplace’ service you should find that the IT Section has installed Office templates on your computer.

The digital manual (Swedish only) is available at www.su.designmanual.se. Users need to log in to the site using their standard Stockholm University log in details. If you do not have a University account please contact the Visual Identity Team using the details below.
