To be able to participate in the various free exercise classes for university staff at Frescatihallen you need to have a SU/Medley-Fitness Card. You re-register your card before a new semester or receive as a new employee a new card in Frescatihallen's Desk from 28/8. You show your ID and the staff checks that you are on the list of all employees. (For graduate students who are not employed at the university requires that the department will contact Human Resources Office – primarily Tarja K.) You will report to the Desk and draw your card through the card reader each time you pass the reception on the way to training. You can also book your classes in advance via the link: www.medley.se/boka or via the app. (The following classes can not be booked in advance: Shoulder/neck, YogaSoft and TaiChi/QiGong.)

Note! Please, arrive on time – at least 10 minutes before the start – otherwise there is a risk that you are not allowed to participate!
 

Activities during Autumn

Autumn activities (free of charge) starts Monday 4/9 (w. 36) and runs until Friday 15/12 (w. 50). No activities in the main hall 18–19/10 (Wed–Thu). 3/11 and 15/12 no TaiChi.

171020: From Wednesday 25/10, DanceAerobic starts at 16.25 (ie 5 minutes earlier)!
171108: Zumba replaces DanceAerobic at 16.25 today.
