Departmental agreements

After your Departmental Coordinator at Stockholm University has received your nomination from the International Coordinator at your home university, you will receive an application form by E-mail. Please complete the form and return it digitally to your Departmental Coordinator at Stockholm University. If you are admitted, you will receive an official Letter of Acceptance from your department.

Central university-wide agreements

After the International Office has received your nomination from the International Coordinator at your home university, you will receive a link to a web application form. Please complete all the fields correctly and submit the form. The form will automatically be converted into a PDF-document. Please print the document, sign it and have it signed and stamped by the International Coordinator at your home university. Then submit the document by post together with your course selection and transcript of grades to the International Office. We will direct your application to the relevant department and if you are admitted, you will receive an official Letter of Acceptance from your department.

Course selection form
Print out the Course selection form found through the link below. Take a look at available courses in the course catalogue. Choose your courses together with your department at your home university and complete the form accordingly. Sign the form and have it signed and stamped by the International Coordinator at your home university. 

Transcript of records
A Transcript of records is an official documentation of your academic achievements so far at your home institution. The receiving department at Stockholm University uses it to check that your choice of courses fits with your previous studies.

TOEFL-test
Students whose first language is not English need to submit a TOEFL-test results with the following scores (students from Nordic countries are excepted)

Paper based (PBT): 550
Internet based (iBT): 79

- Spring semester 0f 2012/2013 (21 January 2013 - 9 June 2013) - apply by 15 October 2012.

- Autumn semester of 2013/2014 (2 September 2013 - 19 January 2014) - apply by 15 April 2013.
