In order to be able to apply for housing you need to be an exchange student. There is unfortunately no possibility for masters or free-movers to get accommodation through the Housing Office.
Student accommodation can only be rented for one semester at a time, irrespective of your arrival or departure date. If your studies continue for one academic year (i.e. autumn-spring), your contract can be prolonged.
