Scholarships offered by Stockholm University and other organisations

Stockholm University Scholarship Scheme

The scholarship scheme at Stockholm University is aimed at especially qualified students coming from countries outside of EU/EEA/Switzerland and who are required to pay tuition fees for studies commencing after June 2011.

Please note that only scholarship applications from students admitted for a Master's programme commencing in the autumn semester at Stockholm University will be considered. Priority will be given to students with Stockholm University as their first choice in the national application rounds. Please see www.universityadmissions.se for more information concerning fees.

Stockholm University scholarships cover tuition fees only, which means that students will need to cover their own living costs.

Application Procedure and Notification of Results:

Students admitted for a Master's programme at Stockholm University in the first notification of results in the end of March, for programmes commencing autumn semester 2014, will be sent an electronic application form to the email address given in their application to universityadmissions.se.

If you have questions regarding the scholarships offered by Stockholm University, please send an e-mail to tuitionfeescholarship@su.se

“It’s been very easy to adapt to life at Stockholm University,” says Olga. Photo: Jon Buscall.

The International Master’s in Information Systems Management at Stockholm University’s Department of Computer and Systems Sciences is one of the university’s most popular programmes for foreign graduate students looking for careers in the IT industry.

“I came here even though I have a Master’s in Russia,” says Olga Natsarenus, “because I wanted a course that has more of a business orientation than a purely technology course.”
