Confocal Microscope Zeiss LSM 510

 

This inverted microscope is suitable for fixed samples and 3-D imaging. It is equipped with an Argon laser (458 nm, 488 nm,) a HeNe1 laser (543 nm) and a HeNe2 laser (633 nm). It has three PMT’s for confocal detection and one for non confocal brightfield images. A standard equipment for ocular observation of reflected light is present.

The following lenses are available:
Plan-Apo 10x/0.45
Plan-Apo 20x/0.6
Plan-Apo 40x/1.0 Oil Ph3
Plan-Apo 63x/1.4 Oil Ph3
The system is run by the Zeiss AIM 4.2 software.
