Confocal Microscope Zeiss LSM 510 Meta

 

This microscope is suitable for fixed samples, 3- and 4D imaging, bleaching and spectral analyses. It is an inverted microscope equipped with an Argon laser (458/477/488/514 nm) a HeNe1 laser (543 nm) and a HeNe2 laser (633 nm). The instrument has a Meta detector (A 32-channel detector) for acquisition of Lambda Stacks and subsequent digital separation into component dyes, two additional PMT’s for confocal detection and one for non confocal bright field images.

A standard equipment for ocular observation of reflected light is present.

Plan-Apo 20x/0.8
Plan-Apo 40x/1.0 Oil Ph3
Plan-Apo 63x/1.4 Oil Ph3
Plan-Apo 63x/1.2 W corr
Plan-Apo 100x/1.4 Oil
The system is run either by the Zeiss AIM 4.2 or the ZEN 2007 software.
