Stockholm University Baltic Sea Centre is participating with the research vessel Aurelia in Visby harbor on 1-3 July. On deck the researchers will present sampling equipment and experiments. In the laboratory you can explore small Baltic Sea fauna in microscopes and learn more about the tool Baltic Nest that shows how the Baltic Sea is affected by nutrient pollution. Three times a day our experts will talk about current Baltic Sea issues.

Baltic Sea Centre is also participating in activities at Briggen Tre Kronor and the Baltic Sea Week organized by Forum Östersjön and Uppsala University. On Friday, 4 July, we are hosting seminars about marine research at the Baltic Sea Week within the collaboration Swedish Institute for the Marine Environment.
