Study marine science to help save the sea

The sea covers 3/4 of the Earth's surface and displays a wide variety of environments – from coral reefs in the tropics to unknown, deep oceans, to our own Baltic Sea and the West Coast. If you choose to study marine biology, marine geology and chemistry, or oceanography, you become part of our quest to overcome environmental problems in the ocean and learn more about life in the sea. An education at Stockholm University gives you the right tools to explore marine environments around the globe and help ensuring a sustainable ocean in the future.
