According to a resolution made by the University Director the following titles should be used in reference to the University's various administrative units. The translations have been checked by Professor Kingsley Bolton, head of the Department of English.

The University's Executive Committee has the responsibility for deciding which departments should form a part of the University, and for the naming of new departments. All decisions regarding the change and translation of department names are the responsibility of the Vice-Chancellor
