3.3.1.1 Stockholm University security policy

Stockholm University's assets, which include its staff, students, information, knowledge, skills, premises and equipment, must be protected against intentional and unintentional risks and threats both from inside and outside the University, which could cause damage to the University.
All students and employees at Stockholm University must help ensure that the University's workplaces are safe and secure by following these guidelines:
- Always report to the police any crimes committed against the University, in consultation with the Security Unit.
- Always report to the police any crimes committed against employees and students within the University premises, in consultation with the Security Unit. In all cases, employees must report crimes that have been committed within or near the University premises, as soon as they discover that this crime has taken place.
- Inform the Security Unit as soon as possible about activities or information which could be of importance for the safety of the University, its employees and its students. All employees and students must be able to prove that they have the right to be on the University premises if they are there at a time when the premises are usually closed and locked.
