Summary of regulations for written examinations

  • The latest you can start writing an exam is 30 minutes after the official starting time.
  • The earliest you are allowed to leave a written examination is 30 minutes afer the official starting time.
  • Communication with other students is not allowed during the examination.
  • Your mobile phone needs to be switched off!
  • Put your bag, coat, etc. in a place were they are well visible for the invigilators, for example in the corridor beside your desk or on one of the hooks on the wall.
  • Please show your ID when you hand in your exam paper.
  • Your name and personal number should only be written on the preamble page, not on any of your pages containing your answers.
  • If appropriate, indicate on the preamble page which questions you are handing in answers for.
  • It is important that you write the code that has been assigned to you on each of the papers you hand in. You can find the code on the preamble. The last or last two numbers are unique for you. Please remember them if you want to contact your teacher about your exam result.
