Welcome to register for the course Scientific writing!

The main method for disseminating scientific results is publishing papers in scientific journals, and being able to write scientific papers is therefore an essential skill for a scientist. The aim of the course is to train PhD students in structuring and writing a scientific manuscript based on their own results.

A large part of the course involves writing a paper of your own, reacting to comments by revising the paper, and commenting on the papers of the other participants. So before starting the course you should therefore have data on which to base a paper and be ready to start writing!

The course consists of 12 seminars given at approximately two weeks intervals over the course for up to 8 month.

The course starts October 8.
