CeUL collaborates at various levels
The Centre for the advancement of University Teaching (CeUL) collaborates at three different levels: within Stockholm University, within Sweden, and internationally.
The centre CeUL is a network of researchers, consultants and teachers from a number of the departments at Stockholm University.
Educational developers
Consultants, ‘educational developers’, from different subject areas and departments work primarily for the centre CeUL, but also to some extent for the departments that they belong to. They lead CeUL’s courses and workshops, are available for consultations, and work in the university’s committees.
Pedagogical ambassadors
The centre CeUL selects and supports so-called ‘pedagogical ambassadors’ who work on the development of teaching in the university’s departments in projects that usually last one year.
The Students Union
The Students Union at Stockholm University is an important partner of the centre CeUL—the ultimate goal of all the centre’s activities is to support the students’ learning. The Union is represented on the board of the centre and takes part in the selection of teachers who are awarded prizes as ‘Teacher of the Year’.
