Our colleagues at the unit for educational development (EPU) at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Cecilia Almlöv and Henrik Viberg, talk about what is meant by Team supervision and how you can work better in a team. Cecilia and Henrik are both educational developers with broad experience of research supervision in higher education. Here they talk about different roles and responsibilities for research supervision teams whether you are the main supervisor or the co-supervisor. They help us to a deeper understanding of many challenges such as emotional support or career planning for PhD students.
