Welcome to a workshop on teaching and learning with Centre for the Advancement of University Teaching (CeUL).

Useful for: University teachers who want to start using media in their courses. Directors of studies who want new ideas about how teaching can be developed within their department.

This workshop covers different ways of recording a presentation and how to align it within the course context. The practice will be connected to motivation theory and course requirements. We will examine some good examples, discuss where and how video can fit into a course, and how a video presentation can be structured.

You will get an opportunity to reflect on your own courses, consider how you can create presentations that suit your subject area as well as participate in a recording in the professional studio at DSV.

After this workshop, you will have a basic understanding of media production for university courses.

Workshop leader: Jonas Collin

Time: Feburary 3, 9.30-12.30
