Current research

Besides on-going and unfinished work in the projects listed above, my present scholarly interest is in anglophone Caribbean literature, and especially spatiality in fiction and poetry from this area, and also a concern with how these literary works “take place” in world literary space. From 2011 I have received funding from the Research Council for the project Geography, society and the symbolic terrain of anglophone Caribbean fiction.
