Get an update on the recent discoveries around the pyramid of Teti and Gisr el-Mochier. Dr Zahi Hawass, one of the world’s most famous egyptologist, is visiting Stockholm University.

Learn more about the current CT-scans of the royal mummies and the excavations in the Valley of the Kings, specifically the tomb of Ramses II. The lecture will also cover the secrets of Khufu’s pyramid and the tunnels under the Sphinx, and discuss the great discovery of the Golden City, which was chosen to be the most important discovery in the world.
About Dr Zahi Hawass
Zahi Hawass is an Egyptian archaeologist and public official, whose magnetic personality and forceful advocacy have raised awareness of the excavation and preservation efforts he oversaw as the Secretary General of Egypt’s Supreme Council of Antiquities (SCA). He served as Egypt’s first Minister of Antiquities in 2011.
The lecture is a collaboration between the World Culture Museums, the Embassy of Egypt and Stockholm University.
