Study certificates and degree certificates
You can print certificates of your study results and apply for degree certificate, in Ladok.
Study certificates and transcripts
In Ladok you can create the following types av transcripts and certificates:
- Certificate of registration
- Official transcript of records
- Certificate of anticipated participation
- National official transcript of records
You log in with your university account in Ladok for students.
Should you need a certificate or a transcript that is signed and stamped by the Department, please contact the Student Office. State your name, civic number and postal address, as well as what kind of certificate you require and whether it should be in Swedish or English.
Application for a degree certificate
When you have completed your studies at Stockholm University you are welcome to apply for your certificate by using the online application (Ladok). The certificate is issued upon request only. Your certificate will be in both Swedish and English.
Stockholm University have digital degree certificates. The digital degree certificate will be sent by email. You are responsible for updating the Academic Records Unit of changes to your email address and contact details.
