How to apply as an exchange student

If you are a student at a partner university of the Department of Child and Youth Studies please find information below on how to apply as an exchange student.

Get nominated by your home university

First you need to be nominated for the exchange by your home university. Contact your international coordinator/study counsellor for more information on how and when to apply.
The partner university needs to inform the Department of Child and Youth Studies about the nomination at the latest:

  • Nomination deadline for the Autumn semester: April 15th

Since Erasmus exchange agreements are being renewed 2022 we can accept later nominations if the nomination procedure has been delayed at the partner university. Please contact us if you suspect that you would need to nominate students after the nomination deadline.

  • Nomination deadline for the Spring semester: September 20th

Se our Partner Universities

Once the Department of Child and Youth Studies has been informed about the nomination the international coordinator will send you our guide for nominated students along with our application form.

If you have any questions about the application process your are much welcome to contact the Department.
