Rules for using the group rooms:

• A group of students can book a room via Daisy.
• It is OK to use a group room if you are only one person. If a group arrives, the group has precedence over single students, even if the single student has booked the room.
• If your group has not arrived to the booked room within 30 minutes, or if you leave the room for more than 30 minutes, the room will be available for others to use.
• Three persons and more are considered a group.
• You may book a room for a maximum of four hours.
• You are not allowed to eat and drink in the group rooms.
