Below you will find information about your employment, wellness, illness, vacation, travel, travel allowance and more.

In case of an emergency

The Univerity has a reporting system SAMIR here can you report crimes, accidents, incidents, occupational injury, occuoational disease and environmental devations. You can also use the special phonenumber to report, call 08 16 11 55.

Attache receipt and prescrition specification to an A4 sheet, sign with your name and social security number, take a copy and send to Charlotte Olsson at the Human Resources Department.

If you need special glasses when you work at the computer, talk to the administration.

Travel

You book your tickets and hotel by yourself at our travel agency Egencia

Noitce that it is not allowed with AirBnb.

If you want to book a ticket for a guest lecture or a opponent, please talk to the adminstration.

Your travel invoice

After a journey scan your receipts and the travel document in Primula. Recepits in orginal, you hand them in to the administration.

Employees are entitled to compensation for wellness up to SEK 2,500 upon presentation of a receipt, valid for the current year.

The data protection regulation includes stricter rules for the processing of personal data, increased compliance checks, and stronger protection for you as an individual.

The University's provider of occupational health care services is Avonova Hälsa AB.

All employees and Phd's can use the occupational health care services. Temporary staff and students can note use the occupational health care services.

Occupational health care

Purchases must be made against an invoice with 30 days payment terms. Before the purchase, a ok must be given by the management.

If the expense has been made in person, it must be registered in Primula with a scanned receipt and attach the original receipt to the document. The management must approve the purchase in advance.

If you get sick

If you are sick less then seven calander days

Report your first day of abscence in Primula, do not forget to call your manger och supervisor. You also report in Primula when you are back at work.

If you are sick more then seven calender days: medical certificate

From calender day 8 you need a medical certificate. In this case there is a special form to report you abscense, contact the administration fore more information.

If you are on sick leave over 14 days you need to report to Swedish Social Insurance Agency

If your child get sick

If you are at home with your sick child, report this in Primula. Make sure you report the same date in Primula as you do to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. 

If your child is sick for more then seven days, send in a copy of a medical certificate to the Human Resources Department.

Information about your employment

The calendar year is the qualifying period for vacation. You receive paid vacation for the time that corresponds to your work during the calendar year. The number of vacation days you are entitled to depends on your age.

You apply for your vacation in Primula.
