Examination
Exams are given after each completed course unit, which means that you will be examined with some weeks apart throughout the semester.
Examinations in Art History
There are no campus written examinations in Art History. All examinations, (including retake exams), take place via take-home exams (other examination forms may occur on each course, such as oral presentations and more – for specific information about examination, please see the course syllabus for each course).
For each module and/or course, at least one retake opportunity is offered per semester.
Dates for retakes are announced in connection with the start of the course and are thereafter available via both the schedule and the course platform. For more detailed information, please contact the department's Students Affairs Office or consult the current Course Administrator.
If you have unfinished courses in Art History from previous semesters, you can contact the Study Counsellor in Art History for information about if and how you can complete the course. Older or discontinued courses cannot normally be completed. Credit transfers of older study results might however be possible. Contact the Art History Study Counsellor for more information.
