Jim Albrecht and Susan Vroman new honorary doctors at Stockholm University

Stockholm University has appointed Jim Albrecht and Susan Vroman as honorary doctors 2023. Both are professors of Economics at Georgetown University, and have collaborated with Peter Skogman Thoursie, Professor of Economics at Stockholm University, for more than a decade.

The projects investigate gender differences in the labour market and the role of parental leave in this context, and now also includes Per-Anders Edin, Professor of Economics at Uppsala University, and Raquel Fernández, Professor of Economics at New York University. The work on the projects is mainly digital, but Jim Albrecht and Susan Vroman visit the department frequently.
