The Thule Foundation and the Skandia research program on "Long-term savings" has awarded PhD student Nils Landén Mammos with a SEK 275,000 research grant for the project "Housing wealth, property taxes and labor supply". The project aims at understanding how households' labor supply respond to liquid and illiquid wealth gains by using a national property tax cut in Sweden.
