New student

Have you been admitted to a course at our department? Congratulations! And don't forget to register before the semester starts, or you will lose your right to participate.

Registration usually takes place one or two weeks before the semester starts, in autumn during the middle of August and in spring during the beginning of January.

Before the the registration period you will receive an e-mail with the necessary instructions. Therefore, it is important that you frequently check your email (and your spam filter) during that period.

If you have not received an email from us within 10 days before the semester begins, please send an email to studentadministration@erg.su.se.

A smooth start

Stockholm University offers different kinds of targeted study support to students with long-term disabilities.

You can apply for targeted study support if you have a medically documented long-term disability. A disability is considered long-term if it has been ongoing for at least 6 months and is expected to last. Temporary injury or illness is not covered by targeted study support. Please contact a study counsellor at your department.

Apply here for support

Please bear in mind that your application should be made well in advance, so that you can inform the department of your need for support at the start of the course.

When you have received your certificate, download it in pdf format from the NAIS system and send it to the study counselor at ERG at studievagledning@erg.su.se.

You will then receive a confirmation email with information about any support measures and will also have the opportunity to ask questions about your study support.
