  • Researcher Frederik Schenk | FORMAS grants for the project: Resolving the Euro-Atlantic Temperature Conundrum of Rapid Deglaciation
  • Professor Victoria Pease | Carl Trygger Foundation grants for a two year post-doc position
  • Associate professor Iain Pitcairn | Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research grants for a multidisciplinary research centre in sustainable supply of critical raw materials (in collaboration with other universities and technical colleges)
  • and Professor Martin Jakobsson | Nippon Foundation-Sasakawa Peace Foundation grant for three year postdoc to use machine learning in Ocean Mapping (in collaboration with University of New Hampshire and Scripps Institute of Oceanography, one additional additional postdocs each).
