LL.M. students celebrates the holiday season

It’s the time of the year – Christmas food and mingle for our LL.M. students!

Tuesday 6th December, students in our LL.M. programme in European Economic Law had their traditional Christmas dinner where all students bring holiday food from their home countries, all over the world. At the mingle, there was Icelandic flatbread, German red cabbage and fried potatoes, Sicilian pizza, Latvian black beans, cheese pies (three of them: Greek, Bulgarian and Croatian), Tortilla from Spain and… even a gingerbread house! They also served the Swedish traditional Glögg.

The event was attended by about 20 students, the programme directors, and a few teachers who all enjoyed the evening together.

On Monday evening 5 December, our LL.M students in European Intellectual Property Law had their Christmas dinner. On their Instagram account (@ipllmsthlm) they published some photos of the food that was prepared (also originating from all over the world; Finland, Iceland, India, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Russia, Sweden, USA, UK, China etc).

For students in our other LL.M. programmes, Christmas dinners will take place during week 50, and hopefully the Christmas spirit has arrived. We will also post pictures from the events on the Instagram account for SU Law (@su_juridicum).

Interested to take part of the joy?

Don’t forget that if you’re also interested in attending such an event, the application round for our LL.M. programmes 2023/24 is open until 16 January 2023.
