Språkstudion provides good infrastructure and adequate tools for teaching, examination, self-study and research in language and language-related activities within the Faculty of Humanities. Språkstudion has its assignment from the Faculty of Humanities but operates as an independent unit under the Department of Linguistics.

Stockholm University Brain Imaging Center (SUBIC) is an interdisciplinary infrastructure for experimental non-clinical research on brain function and structure. In our premises in the Arrhenius Laboratory, we provide state of the art imaging technologies, including EEG, TMS, MRI, fMRI and X-ray camera.
