SEK 100 million donation to mathematicians

The Department of Mathematics at Stockholm University has received a donation of SEK 100 million. The interest on the donation will be used to fund scholarships for young researchers.

Two mathematicians recruited with grant from Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation

Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation has allocated SEK 50 million for recruitment of four pre-eminent mathematics researchers to three Swedish universities. Two of these are recruited to Stockholm University.
