Albert Bonnier Jr's guest professorship at JMK

In 1987 Bonnier Magazine Group donated funds to establish a guest professorship in Journalism and Mass Communication at the former Department of Journalism, Media and Communication Studies (JMK).

During the establishment of the Department of Media Studies in 2012, JMK kept its name, but was reorganized into the Section for Journalism, Media and Communication Studies.  

The Bonnier guest professors give lectures to journalists, media researchers and other relevant groups. They lead research seminars and interact with other researchers and PhD students.
