Below are links to the profile pages for several of our researchers, where you can find their contact details and information.
Global climate models and future scenarios
Professor at the Department of Meteorology. Broad knowledge of climate issues in general.
Climate and climate change
Professor at the Department of Meteorology. Broad knowledge of climate issues and particularly of Arctic climate.
IPCC's climate reports, the sensitivity of the Earth to carbon dioxide, projections and extreme events
Associate professor in Climate Science at the Department of Meteorology. Researcher of global climate change and is one of the authors of IPCC's sixth report.
Focus: to determine the Earth's climate sensitivity to carbon dioxide, which involves studies of cloud processes, historical warming, paleoclimate and climate modeling. He has also worked with Arctic climate, extreme precipitation and different aspect of ocean circulation.
Climate models and the role of clouds in climate
Associate professor at the Department of Meteorology. Researcher of climate models, aerosols, clouds and their interaction with each other and role in the climate system. She is also knowledgable in climate change in general and can answer general questions regarding the climate system.
How aerosols and clouds affect climate
Professor at the Department of Meteorology. Can answer questions about airborne aerosol particles, ozon, other greenhouse gases and gases in general in the atmosphere. She has also participated in earlier IPPC reports and has been the leading scientist for expeditions to the Arctic with focus on how clouds form in the Arctic and how that affects climate.
Aerosol particles, clouds, climate, climate models
Professor at the Department of Meteorology.
Oceanography and the role of oceans in the climate system
Associate professor and coastal oceanographer at the Department of Meteorology and affiliated with the Stockholm University Baltic Centre. Focus on ocean circulation, ocean currents and physical processes in the ocean.
Professor at the Department of Meteorology.
Professor at the Department of Meteorology.
