The Bert Bolin Lecture on Climate Research is given annually by the Bolin Centre for Climate Research to commemorate professor Bert Bolin and his pioneering work for climate research at Stockholm University and internationally. The speaker is selected among prominent scientists within climate research by the Faculty of Science.

This year's guest speaker is Professor Trude Storelvmo from the University of Oslo, who will be discussing the fascinating link between microscale cloud physics and large-scale climate change. As a leading expert in the field, Professor Storelvmo has made significant contributions to the IPCC reports and her research group utilizes a variety of research tools to study the role of aerosol particles and clouds in Earth's climate.
