Secondary employment means any activity alongside a staff member’s work that cannot be regarded as part of his or her private life. Secondary employment can be either paid or unpaid.

From January 1, 2021, the wellness benefit will be increased to SEK 2,500 per year. As an employee at Stockholm University, you are now entitled to a wellness benefit of up to SEK 2,500 per year. For EU citizens planning to visit Sweden it is necessary to carry the European Health Insurance Card, which replaces previously used forms, in particular the well-known E111 and E128. The University offers visiting researchers and other guests free insurance through the national Agency (Kammarkollegiet).

You apply for leave via the Primula personnel system. As of 1 Januari 2019, Fysikum has clarified the rules regarding holiday entitlement and saved holiday in Fysikum's vacation policy.

Primula is the Stockholm University HR system. There you apply for vacation and register your travel bills.
You will also find personal information such as your salary specification, employment history and personal data. You can change your address and follow your cases.

Group / meeting rooms (such as A3: 1003) can be booked directly online. Direct booking can usually only be done by a few managers for each room, so check availability via the link below, then try to book. If you are not authorized, you will receive a message about who you can contact for assistance with the booking.
Book a meeting room

The two meeting rooms in corridor A4, A4:1003 and A4:1041, must be booked via the SU Exchange calendar. All Physics employees are authorized.
