Course: Surface and Liquid Physics FK40003, 10 credits

PhD course which provides broadening within the research subject chemical physics.

Liquids and surfaces are ubiquitous in many processes ranging from chemical physics, soft-condensed matter and atomics and molecular physics to catalysis and biochemistry.  The course includes lectures covering key concepts related to surfaces and liquids, as well as illustrates modern methods used, both from experimental and theoretical perspective. The content will follow the multidisciplinary character of the field and will include group discussions, as well as invited seminars from guest speakers, who are experts in the research field.

The course is taught in English. Next time this course will be given is in the spring of 2025.
