The Department of Political Science has a local Committee for Working Environment, Equal Treatment, and Gender Equality (i.e. "lokalt råd för arbetsmiljö, likabehandling och jämställdhet, RALJ") vars uppgift är att aktivt främja lika rättigheter och möjligheter vid institutionen. Gruppen arbetar med att bevaka och väcka intresse för frågor om arbetsmiljö och lika villkor.***local council for work environment, equal treatment and equality. In connection with the local council, it is established an action plan to be able to exercise systematic work on the workplace environment.
