Students’ working environment and equal terms
At Stockholm University, there is zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment and abusive discrimination. Students and staff must treat each other in a respectful manner.
Students and staff must jointly take responsibility for the university's efforts to constantly improve the work and study environment. We constitute each other's work environment and all employees and students are responsible for actively contributing to a good physical, organizational and social work environment. For more information, see Work environment and equal opportunity policy.
According to the Discrimination Act (2008: 567), the university is obliged to carry out an investigation when students report experienced harassment or sexual harassment to a representative of the university, such as a teacher, supervisor, head of department, director of studies or the university administration. For questions about equal terms or how a discrimination investigation is carried out email likavillkor@su.se. For more information visit Equal treatment of students.
