The evaluation report for the Erasmus+ project 'diLILAC - Digital transition of Lithuanian language and culture' is now available.

The evaluation report for the Erasmus+ project 'diLILAC - Digital transition of Lithuanian language and culture', which ran from March 1, 2021, to September 30, 2023, in which Professor Peteris Vanags and Seniour Lecturer Frederik Bissinger, both experts in Baltic languages, participated, is now available.

The project has received an impressive score of 93 out of 100 possible points. This places it within the top evaluation category 'Very good (could be an example for good practices)'. The outcomes of the project include an online learning platform that offers material for teaching Lithuanian culture and language at the A1 level, available to all Baltic study centers worldwide.

The Department of Baltic Studies at Stockholm University plans to integrate this platform as an additional resource in its teaching from the spring term of 2024. The project has also contributed to broadened knowledge and a strengthened network of collaborative partners in Sweden, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Finland, and Germany.

The project coordinator from Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania), which is the lead partner, has expressed a desire to seek additional funding to continue the development of the platform and educational material at a more advanced level.
